Ben jij een gedreven Sales Manager met een passie voor consultative selling op C-level? Wil je impact maken door het verkopen van top-tier MBA-opleidingen aan professionals en executives? Dan is deze opportuniteit precies wat je zoekt.

Als Sales Manager MBA Programma’s ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het aantrekken van kandidaten voor hoogwaardige, internationale MBA-opleidingen (o.a. HEC Paris). Je richt je op professionals en senior executives die willen investeren in hun carrière.

Dit is een uitgesproken hunter-rol, waarbij je actief nieuwe kandidaten genereert via outbound sales: calling, networking, events en relationship building.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Actief prospecteren en genereren van leads voor MBA- en executive opleidingen
  • Adviseren van professionals en C-level kandidaten over hun carrièreontwikkeling via MBA-trajecten
  • Opbouwen van sterke relaties met decision-makers en high potentials
  • Organiseren en opvolgen van events, infosessies en netwerkmomenten
  • Behalen van commerciële targets en bijdragen aan de groei in Brussel en Vlaanderen
  • Ontwikkelen van partnerships met bedrijven en organisaties
  • Ervaring in B2B sales of consultative selling, idealiter met high-value trajecten
  • Sterke interesse in education, executive learning of MBA-programma’s
  • Hunter mentaliteit: je haalt energie uit het binnenhalen van nieuwe kandidaten
  • Ervaring in het verkopen aan of adviseren van senior profielen / executives
  • Kennis van de Belgische markt (Brussel & Vlaanderen)

Vaardigheden

  • Uitstekende communicatieskills in Engels (C1+)
  • Nederlands en/of Frans is een grote plus
  • Sterk in prospectie, netwerken en stakeholder management
  • Commercieel en strategisch inzicht
  • In staat om carrièredoelen van kandidaten te vertalen naar passende MBA-oplossingen
  • Je bent in het bezit van een Master
