Jouw baan in een notendop Ter versterking en groei van ons team zijn wij op zoek naar een gedreven Sales Manager. Als Sales Manager ben jij het commerciële gezicht van HAWE. Jij ziet kansen, weet hoe je nieuwe klanten binnenhaalt en bestaande relaties verder uitbouwt. Je werkt aan strategische, grootschalige projecten in de hightech glastuinbouw en stuurt je eigen salestrajecten aan - van het eerste contact tot het sluiten van de deal. Je krijgt de ruimte om je regios echt naar je hand te zetten, met volop vrijheid om je eigen plan te trekken en impact te maken. Hoewel je voornamelijk werkt vanuit ons kantoor, hoort reizen er natuurlijk ook bij. Jij bezoekt klanten en projecten op locatie om relaties te versterken, deals te sluiten of nieuwe kansen te verkennen. Waar ga jij mee aan de slag? Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor het gehele sales proces voor jouw klanten. Van het signaleren van marktontwikkelingen en het leggen van eerste contacten tot het samenstellen van projectteams en het sluiten van de deal. Je combineert marktkennis, commercieel inzicht en technische affiniteit om projecten succesvol binnen te halen en uit te bouwen.
