Wegen worden drukker, steden groeien en de vraag naar slimme, veilige en duurzame verkeersoplossingen neemt alleen maar toe. Maar hoe zorg je ervoor dat hulpdiensten snel op hun bestemming zijn? Dat het openbaar vervoer prioriteit krijgt waar dat nodig is? Of dat verkeersstromen slimmer worden geregeld zodat mensen veiliger en efficiënter van A naar B komen? Dat zijn de vraagstukken waar jij je als Sales Manager bij SWARCO dagelijks mee bezighoudt. Elke dag opnieuw draag je bij aan oplossingen die miljoenen mensen gebruiken zonder dat ze zich daar misschien bewust van zijn. Juist dat maakt deze functie bijzonder. Functieomschrijving Bij SWARCO verkoop je geen standaardproduct. Je werkt aan innovatieve mobiliteitsoplossingen waarbij hardware, software en dienstverlening samenkomen. Daardoor ben je niet alleen commercieel verantwoordelijk, maar vooral een inhoudelijke gesprekspartner voor opdrachtgevers die voor complexe mobiliteitsvraagstukken staan. Je bent al in gesprek met gemeenten, provincies en Rijkswaterstaat voordat een aanbesteding wordt gepubliceerd. Je denkt mee over mobiliteitsvraagstukken, bouwt langdurige relaties op en helpt opdrachtgevers bij het maken van keuzes die uiteindelijk zichtbaar zijn in het straatbeeld van Nederland. Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor het verder uitbouwen van jouw marktgebied. Je onderhoudt bestaande relaties, creëert nieuwe commerciële kansen en begeleidt het volledige traject: van het signaleren van kansen en het ontwikkelen van leads tot het uitbrengen van aanbiedingen en het succesvol afronden van aanbestedingen. Je werkt intensief samen met collega's uit sales, engineering en projectmanagement om technische, functionele en commerciële oplossingen ...
