Als Sales Manager speel je een cruciale rol in de groei van het bedrijf. Dankzij jouw commerciële drive en netwerkvaardigheden weet je deuren te openen en opportuniteiten om te zetten in succesvolle deals.

Wat behoort tot jouw takenpakket?

  • Uitbreiden van de klantenportefeuille door actieve prospectie en netwerkontwikkeling
  • Opstellen en uitvoeren van een strategisch prospectieplan om nieuwe klanten te werven
  • Analyseren van marktgegevens en identificeren van commerciële opportuniteiten
  • Onderhouden van klantrelaties
  • Optreden als eerste aanspreekpunt voor bedrijven en denkt mee na over logistieke oplossingen
  • Actief bijdragen aan commerciële targets en omzetgroei door succesvolle deals te realiseren

De ideale kandidaat om ons team te versterken:

  • heeft minstens 10 jaar ervaring in de logistieke en/of transportsector, dit in een salesgerichte rol
  • beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma, bij voorkeur in een richting zoals logistiek, transportmanagement, handelswetenschappen of een andere gelijkaardige opleiding
  • haalt energie uit prospectie, het opbouwen van relaties en het binnenhalen van nieuwe klanten en contracten in een B2B-omgeving
  • heeft aantoonbare ervaring in externe sales en kan sterke commerciële resultaten voorleggen
  • werkt zelfstandig en gestructureerd, maar functioneert even goed binnen een hecht team
  • neemt initiatief, denkt proactief mee en weet commerciële doelstellingen te realiseren, zowel individueel als samen met collega's
  • benadert de markt met een doelgerichte en planmatige aanpak
  • communiceert duidelijk en professioneel en spreekt vloeiend Nederlands, Engels en Frans. Kennis van Duits is een pluspunt
  • werkt vlot met MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) en maakt efficiënt gebruik van digitale tools voor klantopvolging en rapportering
