Jobomschrijving

Als Sales Manager zijn je verantwoordelijkheden :

  • Je jaagt omzetgroei aan en bouwt actief aan een sterk netwerk van industriële klanten in België en Frankrijk
  • Je spot kansen in de markt en vertaalt deze naar nieuwe business en strategische deals
  • Je zet in op value-based selling en ontwikkelt commerciële concepten die écht het verschil maken
  • Je coacht en inspireert een team van 3-4 Key Accountmanagers
  • Je onderhandelt op hoog niveau en bewaakt contracten en lange termijn samenwerkingen
  • Je werkt nauw samen met R&D, Technical Sales en Supply Chain om innovatieve oplossingen te realiseren
  • Je vertaalt klantinzichten naar businessplannen en strategische acties
  • Je bent regelmatig on the road bij klanten en op zoek naar nieuwe opportuniteiten

Als Sales Manager heb je het volgende profiel :

  • Bachelor of Master, idealiter in voedingstechnologie aangevuld met een commerciële achtergrond
  • Minstens 5 jaar ervaring in B2B sales binnen de foodindustrie
  • Je combineert commercieel inzicht met technische kennis van ingrediënten en productieprocessen
  • Je bent een sterke leider die mensen weet te motiveren en resultaten neerzet
  • Je communiceert vlot in Nederlands, Frans en Engels
  • Je bent ondernemend, resultaatgericht en bouwt moeiteloos langdurige relaties op
