Unser Marketing & Sales Team sorgt dafür, dass Unternehmen von unseren Lösungen erfahren und von ihnen profitieren.

Dein Job:

* Identifikation potenzieller Neukunden bis zu einer definierten Umsatzgröße im Vertriebsgebiet Wien/Niederösterreich

* Aktive Neukundenakquise im B2B Bereich: Betreuung der Vertragsanbahnung vom Erstkontakt bis zum Abschluss

* Pflege langfristiger Geschäftsbeziehungen, erkennen von Cross- und Upselling-Möglichkeiten

* Verantwortung für die Zielerreichung (gemäß Zielerreichungsvereinbarung)

* Analyse von Marktpotenzialen und Trends im jeweiligen Vertriebsgebiet

* Zusammenarbeit mit Maklern

* Teilnahme an Branchenveranstaltungen und Events zur Lead-Generierung und Markenpräsenz

Was du mitbringst:

* Abgeschlossene wirtschaftliche Ausbildung (abgeschlossenes Studium von Vorteil)

* 3-5 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Rolle im B2B Vertrieb

* Berufserfahrung im Versicherungs- oder Finanzdienstleistungsumfeld von Vorteil

* Führerschein B, Reisebereitschaft

* Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch, Kommunikationssicheres Englisch in Wort und Schrift, jede weitere SEE-Sprache vorteilhaft

* Kommunikative und extrovertierte Persönlichkeit

* Sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse, KI-Affinität wünschenswert (MS Co-Pilot o.ä.)

* Gute CRM- System (zB MS Dynamics) Anwenderkenntnisse

Das monatliche Gehalt für diese Position beträgt EUR 2.306,78 brutto pro Monat (14x) lt. Kollektivvertrag, mit der Bereitschaft zu Überzahlung je nach Qualifikation und beruflicher Erfahrung. Zum monatlichen Gehalt wird branchenüblich eine variable, erfolgsabhängige Provision bezahlt. Das Mindestentgelt für die Stelle als Sales Manager_in (m/w/x) im B2B-Bereich beträgt 2.307,00 EUR brutto pro Monat auf Basis Vollzeitbeschäftigung. Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.
