Zo zet het bedrijf sterk in op verduurzaming, op internationalisering en op een duidelijke strategie op het gebied van e-commerce. Dit zijn de doelstellingen voor jou en je team. Teamontwikkeling Je geeft richting aan de verkoopactiviteiten van Wecovi in binnen- en buitenland. Je hebt een duidelijke visie en houdt koers. Jij geeft leiding aan het internationale salesteam dat bestaat uit 6 accountmanagers, waarvan 1 in Frankrijk en 1 in het Verenigd Koninkrijk. Samen met het hoofd verkoopbinnendienst zorg jij voor een optimaal werkend salesteam. Het motiveren en coachen van je teamleden geeft je energie. Key accounts en e-commerce Daarnaast bouw je samen met de accountmanagers het aantal key-accounts binnen de professionele schoonmaak en de recreatie sector uit. Klanten van Wecovi zijn internationale recreatiebedrijven, fastfood ketens, landelijke schoonmaak organisaties, bekende ziekenhuizen en hun distributie partners. Je vindt het leuk om ook zelf samenwerkingen te sluiten met deze partijen en bouwt deze samenwerking uit door middel van cross-selling. Je hebt een vernieuwende visie als het gaat om digitale sales. Ook deze activiteiten bouw je verder uit binnen de verschillende doelgroepen. De dagelijkse praktijk Je hebt aandacht voor je teamleden in Nederland, Frankrijk en de UK.
