Op de productielocatie in Lichtervelde wordt aluminiumrestmateriaal omgevormd tot hoogwaardige buizen en profielen die wereldwijd worden ingezet in diverse toepassingen. Dankzij technische expertise, uitgebreide materiaalkennis en een eigen R&D-afdeling ontstaan oplossingen die volledig afgestemd zijn op de vraag van klanten.

Als Sales Manager speel je een sleutelrol in de verdere commerciële groei van de organisatie. Je bouwt duurzame klantrelaties uit, ontwikkelt nieuwe marktkansen en vertaalt klantbehoeften naar concrete commerciële en technische opportuniteiten. Je beheert niet alleen klanten, maar neemt ook eigenaarschap over één of meerdere marktsegmenten en denkt actief mee over commerciële positionering en groeistrategieën.

Jouw taken

  • Eigenaarschap opnemen over één of meerdere klant- en marktsegmenten, van marktanalyse en prospectie tot langetermijnovereenkomsten.
  • Duurzame relaties opbouwen met bestaande klanten en actief nieuwe commerciële opportuniteiten identificeren.

Nieuwe klanten benaderen, onderhandelingen voeren en projecten opvolgen van eerste contact tot succesvolle contractafsluiting.

Nauw samenwerken met R&D om klantvragen te vertalen naar haalbare technische oplossingen, inclusief prijsafstemming en projectontwikkeling.

Marktevoluties, klantbehoeften en concurrentiële ontwikkelingen analyseren om strategische opportuniteiten te detecteren en de marktpositie verder te versterken.

  • Interne stakeholders en backoffice tijdig informeren zodat afspraken, projecten en dossiers vlot worden opgevolgd.
  • Mee bijdragen aan de verdere internationale commerciële groei van de organisatie.
  • Masterdiploma in een Commerciële richting (must).
  • Bewezen B2B-saleservaring in een internationale en/of technische context.

Technische affiniteit en bereidheid om zich grondig in aluminiumproducten- en toepassingen te verdiepen.

  • Vlotte beheersing van Nederlands en Engels; kennis van Duits en/of Frans is een plus.
  • Bereidheid om ongeveer 30% internationaal te reizen (voornamelijk binnen Europa).
