Das erwartet Sie:

- **Kundenakquise und -bindung:** Entwicklung und Ausbau langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen sowie aktive Identifikation und Gewinnung neuer Geschäftskunden im Vertriebsgebiet. - **Vertriebsplanung und Budgetverantwortung:** Verantwortung für die Planung, Umsetzung und Erreichung des regionalen Absatzbudgets zur Sicherstellung der Vertriebsziele. - **Projekt- und Angebotsmanagement:** Übernahme und Abschluss von Vertriebsprojekten, inklusive Angebotskalkulation, Nachverfolgung und Maßnahmen zur Stärkung der Kundenbindung. - **Vertrags- und Rückgewinnungsmanagement:** Durchführung von Kundenverlustanalysen, Entwicklung von Rückholstrategien sowie Erstellung und Überwachung von Verträgen inkl. Maßnahmenplanung bei Abweichungen. - **Reklamationsmanagement und Kundenzufriedenheit:** Sicherstellung der Kundenzufriedenheit durch professionelle Bearbeitung von Rückmeldungen und Reklamationen. - **Vertriebsreporting und Außendarstellung:** Erstellung von Vertriebsberichten und Analysen zur Steuerung der Vertriebsaktivitäten sowie Repräsentation des Unternehmens auf Messen und Veranstaltungen.

Das wünschen wir uns:

- Erste Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb, idealerweise im B2B Bereich - Kenntnisse in der Lebensmittel- oder Getränkeindustrie oder entsprechende Fachkenntnisse in diesem Bereich sind zwingend erforderlich - Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen und Erfahrung mit einem ERP-System - Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind erforderlich - Hohe Reisebereitschaft wird vorausgesetzt - Ausgezeichnete Verhandlungs- und Moderationsfähigkeiten, Organisationstalent sowie eine selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise runden Ihr Profil ab
