Als Sales Manager (m/w/d) liebst du den Vertrieb, bist ein wahres Verkaufstalent und punktest mit deiner Persönlichkeit! Dabei überzeugst du die Kunden von unserem Produkt durch eine Betreuung, die an individuellen Bedürfnissen und Herausforderungen angepasst ist.

Außerdem gehören zu deinen Aufgaben:

- Proaktive Kundenakquise sowie -betreuung mit dem Ziel langfristige Kundenbeziehungen aufzubauen und zu pflegen (inkl. Vertragsverhandlungen und Vertragsabschluss) - Eigenständige Recherche des lokalen Marktes zur Neukundengewinnung (u.a. Sales Blitz bei Neueröffnungen) - Selbstständige Planung und Durchführung aller Verkaufsaktivitäten von Motel One zur Neukundenakquise und Bestandskundenpflege, wie Kundenveranstaltungen und Hausführungen - Kontinuierliche Markt-, Trend- & Mitbewerberanalyse sowie die Erstellung von Reports und Statistiken zur Kundenperformance - Durchführung von Sales-Schulungen für die Hotel-Teams - Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Hotel Managern und den Abteilungen Reservierung sowie E-Commerce und Marketing im Head Office

Außerdem zeichnet dich aus:

- Ausbildung im Hotelfach oder kaufmännische Ausbildung bzw. Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb oder Interesse an einem Quereinstieg - Eine überzeugende Persönlichkeit mit Freude am aktiven Verkauf - Offene, kommunikative Art sowie eine positive Ausstrahlung - Eigenverantwortliche, strukturierte sowie lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise - Gute Umgangsformen und ein ausgeprägtes Verhandlungsgeschick - Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (in Wort & Schrift)
