CAIROX BELGIUM is een toonaangevende partner voor alles wat met verwarming, ventilatie en airconditioning (HVAC) te maken heeft. Wij bieden totaaloplossingen aan voor HVAC-projecten, speciaal gericht op professionele installateurs en studiebureaus. Ons uitgebreide assortiment omvat onder andere roosters, ventilatoren, air­conditioning­systemen en warmtepompen.

Voor regio Limburg zijn we op zoek naar een Sales Manager (M/V/X).

Je takenpakket als Sales manager:

  • Contact met nieuwe en bestaande klanten opbouwen en onderhouden (klantrelatie is zeer belangrijk in deze functie)
  • Bewaken en onderhouden van klanttevredenheid en klantvriendelijkheid
  • Het bijwonen van vergaderingen
  • Opvolgen van klantgegevens via CRM, ERP
  • Opvolgen van lopende aanvragen en offertes in samenwerking met Binôme en Engineering binnendienst
  • Behandelen en opvolgen van klachten via klachtenformulier
  • Tussenpersoon zijn tussen klant en binnendiensten
  • Mede organiseren en deelnemen aan beurzen en evenementen
  • Opvolgen van betalingscondities en gedrag van de klanten in samenwerking met de boekhouding
  • Waar nodig correct optreden naar de klant toe, ook als het om een negatief bericht gaat

Wie ben jij?

  • Je bent klantgericht en Communicatief vaardig
  • Je bent resultaatgericht en slaagt erin autonoom, vasthoudend en adviserend te verkopen
  • Je hebt een sterke interesse in technische producten
  • Goede kennis van Nederlands en Engels zowel gesproken als geschreven
  • Je bent stressbestendig
  • Je hebt een flexibele werkhouding
  • Je werkt zelfstandig
  • Praktische ervaring in de HVAC is een pluspunt
  • Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B
  • Je bent bereid om opleidingen te volgen welke bijbrengen tot de verdere ontwikkeling van jouw functie
