AUFGABEN

* Strategische Bestandskundenbetreuung: Sie sind für die nachhaltige Weiterentwicklung und Betreuung bestehender Kunden verantwortlich und steigern den Marktanteil durch gezielte Vertriebsstrategien

* Neukundengewinnung und Netzwerkaufbau: Basierend auf Marktanalysen sowie durch die Entwicklung eigener Aktivitäten gewinnen Sie neue Kunden

* Maßgeschneiderte Kundenlösungen entwickeln: Gemeinsam mit technischen Expertenteams erarbeiten Sie, anwendungsspezifische Lösungen und setzen neue Akzente in der Kundenberatung

* Account Management: Sie pflegen Kundenbeziehungen systematisch, dokumentieren Vertriebsaktivitäten im CRM und analysieren kontinuierlich die Marktveränderungen

* Urgenz, Nachverfolgung und Verhandlung von Angeboten

PROFIL

* Technische Ausbildung: Abgeschlossene Ausbildung (Lehre, HTL, FH, etc., Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik oder Automatisierungstechnik)

* Sie bringen 4-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung und/oder technisches Verständnis im mechanischen bzw. elektrischen Industriebereich mit

* Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsgeschick: Sie überzeugen mit einem souveränen Auftreten, sind kreativ, lösungsorientiert und verfügen über hohe Kundenorientierung

* IT-Kenntnisse: Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen EDV-Tools (ERP, Office, etc.)

* Sichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (Verhandlungssicher)

* Reisebereitschaft ~35%
