Zo ziet je job er uit

In de functie van Sales en Marketing coördinator in Ieper, zorg je ervoor dat leads bij onze klant snel worden opgevolgd en dat afspraken met klanten en techniekers vlot worden ingepland.

  • Je neemt inkomende telefoons, leads en berichten uit de mailbox professioneel op en beantwoordt vragen van potentiële klanten.
  • Je stelt de juiste vragen, kwalificeert leads correct en filtert interessante aanvragen zodat de techniekers hun tijd efficiënt kunnen inzetten.
  • Je volgt leads actief op, registreert de resultaten nauwkeurig en zorgt ervoor dat potentiële klanten niet uit beeld verdwijnen.
  • Je plant afspraken in voor klanten en techniekers en helpt de planning mee beheren en bijsturen waar nodig.
  • Je contacteert bestaande klanten opnieuw via e-mail om vertrouwen en klantenbinding te versterken en bijkomende verkoopkansen op te volgen.
  • Je koppelt leadresultaten terug naar Google en naar marketing, zodat campagnes en algoritmes verder kunnen verbeteren.
  • Wanneer de leadopvolging en planning goed onder controle zijn, bouw je mee aan de marketing van het bedrijf, bijvoorbeeld via reviews, video's, socialmediaposts, Facebookgroepen, FAQ-content, campagnes naar bestaande klanten en input om AI beter te trainen.

Voor de vacature van Sales en Marketing coördinator in Ieper zoeken we iemand met sterke communicatieve en commerciële vaardigheden, die gestructureerd werkt.

  • Je beheerst het Nederlands uitstekend, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk, en communiceert vlot aan de telefoon.
