Er zijn socialmediakanalen, nieuwsbrieven, campagnes, arrangementen en genoeg ideeën. Wat nog ontbreekt? Een duidelijke lijn. Als Marketing & Sales Manager bij Two Brothers krijg je de ruimte om daar antwoord op te geven. Je maakt plannen, bepaalt samen met het management waar de focus ligt en zorgt dat marketing en sales beter op elkaar aansluiten. Je stuurt een klein team aan, maar blijft zelf ook graag met je voeten in de klei staan. Kortom: je krijgt hier niet een marketingplan om uit te voeren. Je krijgt de kans om het neer te zetten. Wat ga je doen? Two Brothers heeft hotels in Noordwijk en Zoetermeer. Drie locaties, met ieder hun eigen kansen. Je maakt een marketing- en salesplan waarin helder staat welke doelgroepen we willen bereiken, wat we daarvoor gaan doen en hoe we bepalen of het werkt. Je kijkt naar cijfers uit onder andere reserveringen, campagnes, website, nieuwsbrieven en social media en vertaalt die naar concrete keuzes. Daarnaast geef je richting aan zo'n vier collega's. Je verdeelt het werk, bewaakt de planning en zorgt dat campagnes en arrangementen niet pas op het laatste moment worden bedacht. En ja, je voert zelf ook uit. De ene dag werk je aan een campagne of nieuwsbrief. De volgende dag verbeter je een webpagina, schrijf je een tekst voor een arrangement of bereid je fotografie voor. Een andere keer zit je met sales, reserveringen of het hotelmanagement om te kijken waar commerciële kansen liggen. Je bedenkt, organiseert, stuurt aan én doet.
