Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir zum sofortigen Eintritt eine/n: 1 Sales & Marketing Manager (m/w/d) Du bist eine kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit und stellst gerne dein Engagement unter Beweis? Du verfügst idealerweise über IT-Kenntnisse oder bringst eine hohe Affinität für diesen Bereich mit? Dann haben wir den richtigen Job für dich!

Du verfügst über:

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in Sales & Marketing

* kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung

* Verhandlungsgeschick

* Versierter Umgang mit MS Office

* Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

* Erfahrung mit nationaler & internationaler Reisetätigkeit

* Freude und Affinität mit einem Softwareprodukt erfolgreich am Markt zu agieren

* Vertriebsorientiertes Auftreten und soziale Kompetenz

* Hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung

* Organisations- und lösungsorientiertes Agieren

Deine Aufgaben sind

* Umsetzung von Verkaufs- und Marketingzielen

* Sicherung des Marktanteils sowie Platzierung des Produktes auf dem Markt (Beobachtung und Analyse des Marktes, der Aktivitäten der Wettbewerber, der Preisentwicklung und des Produktmarketings)

* Selbständige Erstellung und Umsetzung von Marketingmaßnahmen und -plänen in enger interner Zusammenarbeit

* Erschließen neuer & Weiterentwicklung bestehender Geschäftsfelder und Absatzmärkte

* Verantwortung & Erstellen von weiteren Präsentations- und Schulungsunterlagen

* Durchführen von produktspezifischen Verkaufsschulungen (Händler, Vertriebsniederlassungen)

* Koordination & beratende Unterstützung von Distributoren, Händlern, Kooperationspartnern

* Follow-up von Aufträgen

* Interne Abstimmung in Bezug auf Produktion und Lieferung

* Mitwirkung & Durchführung von Messen, Events, Händler- & Distributorenveranstaltungen
