Sales & Marketing Trainee Located on the Keizersgracht, in the heart of Amsterdam's Nine Streets, you will find Amsterdam's best-kept secret: The Dylan Amsterdam. A 5-star boutique hotel where genuine and personal service is at the heart of everything we do, creating unforgettable experiences for our guests. Set in a historic environment, The Dylan features 41 unique hotel rooms, 4 event spaces and two restaurants: Bar Brasserie OCCO and the two-Michelin-starred Restaurant Vinkeles. The Dylan Amsterdam is looking for a motivated Sales & Marketing Trainee starting 1 September 2027. As a Sales & Marketing Trainee, you will be the first point of contact by phone for our guests, journalists and business relations. You will also support the Sales & Marketing department with administrative tasks and various projects. Your responsibilities will include selling and issuing gift cards and managing the related administration. You will prepare presentations and press kits for international sales trips and update text and visual content across various websites. You will also contribute content to our social media channels. In addition, you will conduct site inspections and tours for journalists, guests and business relations. During your internship, you will gain experience in and support the daily activities of three departments: Reservations & Revenue, Groups & Events, and Sales & Marketing. This may include setting up and coordinating projects, handling telephone reservations and supporting the hotel operation during larger events.
