Beschrijving Hoe ziet je dag eruit: De dag begint bij ons met een lekker kopje koffie of thee, waarna de computer wordt aangezet. De dagen wisselen zich gevarieerd af, de ene dag heb je voordienst en ben je gastheer/vrouw voor onze gasten, je kan hierna aan de slag met onze checklist. Hierbij werk je nauwkeurig verschillende to do punten af. De andere dag zal je op kantoor zitten en behandel je de aanvragen die per mail of per telefoon binnenkomen. De ene keer gaat dit om een bruiloft of feest, en de andere keer behandel je aanvragen voor bijeenkomsten of trainingen. Tussendoor heb je een afspraak met gasten die binnenkort iets bij ons organiseren, of hebben we een salesmeeting met het team. We lunchen altijd gezellig samen, en gaan hierna weer lekker aan de slag. Binnen ons sales-team nemen we je graag mee in alle facetten die belangrijk zijn bij het organiseren van alle evenementen. Jij wordt een specialist die meedenkt met de gast, maar ook adviseert. Je zult voornamelijk commercieel verantwoordelijk zijn voor de verkoop van meetings en events en komt daarvoor te werken in een gezellig en ervaren team. Het team: Anna is onze salesmanager, ze weet met haar enthousiasme en scherpzinnigheid iedere kans te benutten. Bij haar voel je meteen de energie van ons team! Het kantoor van de salesafdeling bevindt zich op de banquetingafdeling, waardoor je makkelijk kunt schakelen over evenementen en een goed overzicht hebt van het verloop van onze bijeenkomsten. Je werkt werkt samen met Bjarn en Daphne. Daarnaast kun je altijd bij onze chefkok Ernst terecht om te overleggen over de culinaire invulling van evenementen. Zo ben je echt onderdeel van het hart van onze organis...
