Als Sales medewerker bij a.s.r in Utrecht werk je binnen het Direct B2B-team van a.s.r. en ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor mkb-werkgevers die nog geen pensioenregeling hebben voor hun medewerkers. Jij neemt contact op met deze bedrijven, brengt hun situatie in kaart en laat zien welke mogelijkheden a.s.r. te bieden heeft. Geen gesprek is hetzelfde. De ene werkgever wil direct meer informatie, terwijl de ander behoefte heeft aan advies. Door goed te luisteren en de juiste vragen te stellen, ontdek je wat een organisatie nodig heeft. Vervolgens begeleid je de werkgever stap voor stap richting een passende oplossing. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor je eigen klantenbestand en houdt overzicht over de voortgang van jouw gesprekken. Daarbij staat kwaliteit voorop: je investeert in duurzame relaties en zorgt ervoor dat iedere werkgever professioneel en persoonlijk wordt geholpen. Na je inwerkperiode krijg je de mogelijkheid om een deel van je werkzaamheden vanuit huis uit te voeren. Wie ben jij? Je krijgt energie van klantcontact en bent niet bang om de telefoon op te pakken. Je hebt een commerciële instelling, denkt in kansen en weet anderen enthousiast te maken. Daarnaast leer je snel, werk je zelfstandig en vind je het leuk om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen binnen de financiële dienstverlening. Daarnaast: - Je bent 16 tot 24 uur per week beschikbaar; - Je kunt begin september starten; - Je hebt affiniteit met sales en zakelijke dienstverlening; - Je bent bereid om je WFT-diploma's te behalen.
