Je komt terecht in een sterk groeiend familiebedrijf binnen de automotive sector, gespecialiseerd in de aan- en verkoop van schadewagens en kwalitatieve auto-onderdelen. De onderneming groeide in enkele jaren uit van 7 naar bijna 50 medewerkers en investeert volop in een nieuw magazijn, moderne kantoren en een ultramoderne demontagezone.

Ondanks die groei blijft de cultuur menselijk en toegankelijk. Collega’s kennen elkaar, helpen elkaar en delen dezelfde praktische ingesteldheid: klanten correct verder helpen, kwaliteit leveren en afspraken nakomen. Je krijgt hier de kans om door te groeien van een technische omgeving naar een commerciële binnendienst, zonder je vakkennis los te laten.

Jouw bijdrage aan klanten en collega’s

Als sales medewerker car parts ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor klanten die op zoek zijn naar de juiste onderdelen. Je luistert naar hun vraag, denkt technisch mee en zorgt dat ze snel, correct en professioneel geholpen worden.

Je werkt nauw samen met collega’s van demontage, magazijn en verkoop. Daardoor sta je dicht bij de praktijk en weet je wat beschikbaar is, wat technisch mogelijk is en welke oplossing het best past bij de klant.

Concreet betekent dit dat je:

  • Klanten via telefoon, mail en aan de balie professioneel verder helpt.
  • Technisch meedenkt over auto-onderdelen, compatibiliteit, beschikbaarheid en alternatieven.
  • Offertes en verkooporders correct opmaakt en opvolgt.
  • Klantenvragen helder beantwoordt en praktische oplossingen aanreikt.
  • Klantendossiers nauwkeurig bijwerkt, zodat elke aanvraag goed opgevolgd wordt.
  • Vlot samenwerkt met de afdelingen demontage, magazijn en verkoop.
  • Jouw technische kennis inzet om klanten betrouwbaar en gericht advies te geven.
  • Mee zorgt voor een klantgerichte service waarbij snelheid, correctheid en vertrouwen centraal staan.

Dit is een functie voor iemand die graag meedenkt, helpt en oplossingen vindt, maar tegelijk graag in een team werkt waar technische kennis wordt gewaardeerd.

Herken jij jezelf hierin?

Je hebt een passie voor automotive en begrijpt hoe voertuigen en onderdelen in elkaar zitten. Je hoeft geen klassieke salesachtergrond te hebben, zolang je graag met klanten communiceert en bereid bent om bij te leren.

We zoeken iemand die:

  • Een diploma heeft binnen autotechniek, carrosserie, mechanica, magazijnbeheer of een gelijkaardige richting, of gelijkwaardig is door ervaring.
  • Ervaring heeft als mecanicien, carrossier, magazijnier auto-onderdelen, technisch medewerker of medewerker in een garageomgeving.
  • Graag de stap zet van een technische werkvloer naar een meer klantgerichte commerciële binnendienst.
  • Vlot werkt met computerprogramma’s en administratieve systemen.
  • Communicatief, behulpzaam en klantgericht is.
  • Vlot communiceert in Nederlands, Frans en Engels; extra talen zijn een plus.
  • Zelfstandig kan werken, maar ook energie haalt uit samenwerking met collega’s.
  • Positief, leergierig, betrouwbaar en oplossingsgericht is.
