Voor ons salesteam zoeken we een Sales Medewerker die volledig remote werkt maar wel het hart van ons bedrijf vertegenwoordigt. Warme leads, geen cold calling en een product waar je achter kunt staan. Jij schakelt snel, denkt mee met de klant en weet hoe je een aanvraag van interesse naar akkoord tilt. Wat ga je doen? - Warme leads opvolgen Jij bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor ondernemers die al interesse hebben in financial lease. Je belt snel terug, luistert goed en zorgt dat de ondernemer zich meteen geholpen voelt. - Persoonlijk advies geven Je inventariseert de situatie van de klant en denkt mee over de beste oplossing. Of het nu gaat om een starter zonder jaarcijfers of een ondernemer met een BKR-notering, jij weet hoe je altijd een weg vindt. - Deals van A tot Z begeleiden Jij houdt de regie van het eerste gesprek tot het akkoord van de financier en de aflevering van de auto. Zo zorg je dat het hele proces soepel verloopt. - Schakelen met financiers en autobedrijven Je werkt samen met meerdere financiers en dealers om de beste deal voor jouw klant te realiseren. Snel schakelen en overzicht bewaren is hierbij essentieel. - Relaties bouwen Jij begrijpt dat een tevreden klant terugkomt en anderen meebrengt. Je bouwt echte relaties op, geen eenmalige transacties. - Resultaten bijhouden Je werkt nauwkeurig in ons CRM-systeem en houdt je eigen pipeline strak bij.
