Tijdens de najaarscampagne staat de telefoon roodgloeiend: dit is hét moment waarop heel Nederland zijn zorgverzekering heroverweegt. Als het commerciële talent van het team speel jij hier direct op in. Als sales medewerker zorgverzekeringen bij OHRA en Nationale-Nederlanden in Arnhem vind je moeiteloos de perfecte balans tussen servicegerichtheid en commercie. Jouw dagelijkse taken bestaan uit: - Je spreekt actieve overstappers en potentiële klanten via de telefoon die interesse hebben in OHRA of Nationale-Nederlanden. - Je analyseert de persoonlijke zorgbehoeften van de klant en informeert proactief over pakketten en nuttige dekkingen. - Je neemt twijfels weg, overtuigt de klant van de kracht van OHRA / Nationale-Nederlanden en sluit de deal. - Je zorgt dat alle gemaakte afspraken en administratieve wijzigingen direct foutloos in het systeem staan. Het betreft een tijdelijke opdracht tot 1 januari, waarin je voor 20 tot 36 uur per week flexibel inzetbaar bent. We stemmen de exacte urenindeling uiteraard zorgvuldig met je af. En klikt het van beide kanten goed tijdens deze intensieve piekperiode? Dan zal er gekeken worden of er mogelijkheden zijn binnen Nationale Nederlanden om te blijven. Je werkt voor zowel OHRA Zorgverzekeringen als Nationale-Nederlanden. Bij iedere inkomende oproep hoor je vooraf voor welk bedrijf de klant belt. Zo weet je precies namens welke organisatie je de klant te woord staat. Je werkplek Bij een werkweek van vier of vijf dagen ben je wekelijks (minimaal) twee dagen op het gezellige kantoor in Arnhem.
