Wir suchen ab sofort 1 Sales Mitarbeiter_in Deine Rolle bei uns

* Kundenbeziehungen und Akquise: Du bist verantwortlich für die Pflege und Weiterentwicklung langfristiger Beziehungen zu unseren Bestandskunden. Gleichzeitig identifizierst und akquirierst du aktiv Neukunden, um unser Kundenportfolio zu erweitern und neue Geschäftsmöglichkeiten zu erschließen.

* Du entwickelst und implementierst erfolgreiche Verkaufsstrategien, um unsere Marktpräsenz zu erhöhen. Du arbeitest eng mit dem Marketing- und Produktmanagement-Team zusammen, um konsequente Strategien zu gewährleisten.

* Verhandlungsgeschick: Du führst Verhandlungen und erstellst Angebote, die auf die Bedürfnisse unserer Kunden zugeschnitten sind. Dein Ziel ist es, langfristige und profitable Geschäftsabschlüsse zu erzielen.

Was wir von dir erwarten

* Erfahrung und Offenheit für Quereinsteiger: Wir begrüßen Bewerber:innen mit Vertriebserfahrung, sind aber auch offen für motivierte Quereinsteiger:innen, die eine Leidenschaft für den Vertrieb mitbringen und bereit sind, sich in die Elektronikbranche einzuarbeiten.

* Kenntnisse in MS-Office und Englisch: Du bist sicher im Umgang mit MS-Office-Anwendungen und beherrschst Englisch fließend in Wort und Schrift.

* Netzwerkaufbau: Du bist ein Netzwerker und verstehst es, langfristige Geschäftsbeziehungen aufzubauen und zu pflegen.

* Zielorientierung: Du bist ergebnisorientiert, selbstmotiviert und verfügst über eine hohe Eigeninitiative.
