Sales Operation Executive Werkzaamheden Offertes die vandaag de deur uit moeten. Aanvragen van een ziekenhuis, een ministerie en een hogeschool die alle drie denken dat ze de eerste zijn. Een Salesforce dat alleen klopt als iemand hem bijhoudt. Bij Protinus IT ben jij die iemand. Als Sales Operations Executive ben je de spil achter het salesteam: jij zorgt dat aanvragen snel worden opgepakt, dat offertes op tijd bij de klant liggen en dat de administratie tot in de puntjes klopt. De Inside Sales-collega's voeren het gesprek met de klant, jij zorgt dat er iets is om over te praten. Zo ziet je dag eruit: 08:45 - Je opent je mailbox: drie nieuwe aanvragen, grotendeels via de raamcontracten waarop we werken. Je bepaalt wat vandaag moet en wat kan wachten. 09:30 - Eerste offerte. Je vraagt prijzen op bij leveranciers uit ons partnernetwerk, checkt de gegevens en zet de offerte klaar voor de Inside Sales-collega. 11:00 - Een collega van Inside Sales belt: de klant wil een aangepaste configuratie. Je verwerkt de wijziging en werkt de opportunity bij in Salesforce. 12:30 - Verzorgde lunch met het team, aan het water in Houten. Iedere dag weer! 13:30 - Je plant klantmeetings in voor twee collega's en zorgt dat ze met de juiste stukken op tafel komen. 15:00 - Je loopt de openstaande aanvragen na: welke deadline komt in zicht, waar wacht je nog op een leverancier? Je stuurt de reminders die nodig zijn - bij een raamcontract is een gemiste deadline geen detail. 16:30 - Je maakt de salesrapportage: wat zit er in de pijplijn, wat is deze week uitgegaan. 17:00 - Alles staat bij. Morgen start je met een schone lijst! Geen dag is precies hetzelfde, maar dit is het ritme: schakelen tussen klanten, Inside Sales, leveranciers en de interne teams.
