De functie inhoud Wat je gaat doen als Sales Operations & Commercial Performance Expert:

  • Analyseren en opvolgen van de commerciële pipeline en sales forecasts.
  • Detecteren van commerciële risico's, groeikansen en verbeterpunten.
  • Ondersteunen en uitdagen van salesteams bij het correct beheren van opportuniteiten.
  • Organiseren en begeleiden van pipeline reviews.
  • Verhogen van de voorspelbaarheid van commerciële resultaten.
  • Ontwikkelen en optimaliseren van dashboards en commerciële rapportages.
  • Analyseren van conversieratio's, salescycli, pipelinekwaliteit en verkoopprestaties.
  • Vertalen van commerciële data naar concrete inzichten en aanbevelingen voor het management.
  • Optimaliseren van salesprocessen, CRM-gebruik en KPI-opvolging.
  • Implementeren en bewaken van een uniforme commerciële verkoopmethodiek.
  • Identificeren van verbeteropportuniteiten en omzetten naar concrete actieplannen.
  • Ondersteunen van salesteams bij het realiseren van commerciële doelstellingen.
  • Zelfstandig leiden van sales operations projecten en verbeterinitiatieven.
  • Samenwerken met internationale stakeholders en uitwisselen van best practices.
  • Actief bijdragen aan de verdere professionalisering van de commerciële organisatie.

Wie jij bent als Sales Operations & Commercial Performance Expert:

  • Beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Hebt relevante ervaring binnen Sales Operations, Commercial Excellence, Business Analytics, Revenue Operations of een gelijkaardige functie.
  • Vertrouwd met CRM-systemen en het opvolgen van commerciële prestaties.
  • Analytisch sterk en haalt energie uit het interpreteren van data.
  • Kan complexe cijfers en analyses vertalen naar duidelijke commerciële aanbevelingen.
  • Combineert strategisch inzicht met een hands-on mentaliteit.
  • Neemt zelfstandig initiatief en voelt je verantwoordelijk voor resultaten.
  • Denkt proactief mee over procesverbeteringen en commerciële optimalisaties.
  • Communiceert vlot met salesteams, management en internationale stakeholders.
  • Werkt gestructureerd en resultaatgericht.
  • Kan zelfstandig projecten trekken en verbeteringen implementeren.
  • Spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
