Je zorgt dat het hele orderproces - van aanvraag tot levering - soepel en efficiënt verloopt. Loopt iets niet zoals gepland? Dan spring jij direct in en regel je een passende oplossing. Ook promotieorders vallen onder jouw verantwoordelijkheid, denk aan kortingsacties, productintroducties of andere campagnes. Jij plant en coördineert deze acties tot in de puntjes, zodat alles op tijd en volgens afspraak verloopt. - Je volgt orders op van begin tot eind en coördineert de levering in samenwerking met klanten en collega's van inkoop, buitendienst, magazijn en logistiek - Je stelt samen met de Accountmanager offertes op en verwerkt prijsafspraken of bonuscondities in SAP - Je monitort actief de tijdige binnenkomst van voorraden en grijpt snel in wanneer er afwijkingen zijn van de verwachte planning - Je communiceert met klanten over producten, beschikbaarheid en alternatieve wanneer nodig - Je houdt sample orders nauwkeurig bij - Je maakt nieuwe klantaccounts aan in SAP - Je vult documenten voor klanten in, zoals informatie over producten en kwaliteit - Je voert klantgerichte acties uit met oog voor detail, nauwkeurigheid en klanttevredenheid - Je handelt aanvragen en klachten af, zowel schriftelijk als telefonisch - Je werkt samen met finance om betalingsverschillen te onderzoeken en op te lossen Wat neem je mee? - Je bent 36 tot 40 uur per week beschikbaar - Je hebt ervaring in een vergelijkbare rol - Je bent organisatorisch sterk, servicegericht en speelt proactief in op de behoeften en signale...
