Als Sales Operations Specialist zorg jij ervoor dat onze accountmanagers kunnen versnellen. Je houdt overzicht, regelt wat geregeld moet worden en zorgt dat offertes, orders en contracten soepel door onze organisatie lopen. Dit is geen functie waarin je alleen maar opdrachten uitvoert. We zoeken iemand die nieuwsgierig is, initiatief neemt en energie krijgt van een dynamische commerciële omgeving. Je ziet dat iets blijft liggen en pakt het op. Je stelt vragen als je iets niet begrijpt en wilt weten waarom we dingen doen zoals we ze doen. Je hoeft nog niet alles te kunnen. Veel belangrijker vinden we dat je snel leert, gestructureerd werkt en verantwoordelijkheid durft te nemen. Wij leren je onze processen, systemen en de wereld van cybersecurity kennen. Jij brengt enthousiasme, nauwkeurigheid en de drive om iedere dag een beetje beter te worden. Vanuit deze rol krijg je bovendien een kijkje in vrijwel alle onderdelen van het commerciële proces. Daarmee leg je een sterke basis voor verdere ontwikkeling binnen Sales Operations, Sales of bijvoorbeeld Accountmanagement. Als Sales Operations Specialist: - Werk je dagelijks samen met onze accountmanagers en help je hen bij het opstellen en verwerken van offertes, orders en contracten; - Schakel je met onze technologieleveranciers en vraag je offertes en commerciële informatie op; - Zorg je dat offertes en commerciële afspraken correct en tijdig in Salesforce staan; - Verwerk en beheer je orders in AFAS en Salesforce en zorg je voor een goede overdracht naar Finance; - Bewaak je de voortgang en kom je zelf in actie wanneer je z...
