Voor een internationale organisatie in Amstelveen zoeken wij een Sales Operations Specialist . Een veelzijdige functie waarin sales support, ordermanagement, analyse en klantcontact samenkomen. Je bent een belangrijke schakel tussen Sales, klanten en de interne organisatie. Je verwerkt niet alleen informatie en orders, maar kijkt ook vooruit: waar kunnen problemen ontstaan, wat heeft Sales nodig en hoe kunnen processen slimmer of efficiënter? Wat ga je doen? Als Sales Operations Specialist ondersteun je het salesteam bij het volledige commerciële en operationele proces. Je houdt overzicht, zorgt dat afspraken worden nagekomen en signaleert tijdig wanneer iets niet volgens planning verloopt. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Verwerken en beheren van klantorders en zorgen voor een correcte administratieve afhandeling; - Ondersteunen van het salesteam bij dagelijkse commerciële en operationele werkzaamheden; - Werken met Excel voor analyses, rapportages en controles; - Gebruiken en begrijpen van Excel-formules om gegevens te analyseren en controleren; - Monitoren van orders, leveringen en gemaakte klantafspraken; - Signaleren van afwijkingen of mogelijke problemen en hier proactief op anticiperen; - Afstemmen met interne afdelingen zoals Sales, Logistics en Finance; - Informeren van klanten over orders, leveringen en eventuele wijzigingen; - Ondersteunen bij rapportages en commerciële analyses; - Meedenken over het verbeteren en efficiënter maken van salesprocessen; - Ondersteunen van het salesteam bij commerciële ...
