Jij weet als geen ander hoe je relaties onderhoudt, en zorgt ervoor dat onze klanten het beste uit onze technische oplossingen kunnen halen. Bij Florinco denken we Beyond Bright Ideas - en jij helpt ons onze innovatieve oplossingen in de markt weg te zetten. Wat ga je doen? Als Sales Professional bij Florinco ben jij de motor achter onze klantrelaties . Jij bent de schakel tussen onze innovatieve oplossingen en markt. Van het voorzichtig opbouwen van nieuwe connecties tot het onderhouden van bestaande relaties , jij zorgt ervoor dat alles op rolletjes loopt. Je werkt hoofdzakelijk binnen Nederland maar bent wel bereid tot een uitstapje over de grens. Wat je verder doet: • Je houdt ons CRM-systeem in topvorm en zorgt dat de klantdata up-to-date is. • Je maakt duidelijke gespreksverslagen en zet ze om in concrete acties. • Offertes uitwerken en opvolgen? Geen probleem voor jou! Je houdt je klanten warm ook na de finish. • Werken in een klein, energiek team van 3, met de Sales Manager als eindverantwoordelijke. Wat breng jij mee? • Minimaal HBO-denkniveau. • Ervaring in sales en relatiebeheer, bij voorkeur in de glastuinbouw of een technische sector. • Echte affiniteit met de glastuinbouw ! Je hebt kennis van de sector en begrijpt de uitdagingen waarmee klanten in de glastuinbouw dagelijks te maken hebben. • Een hands-on mentaliteit en bereidheid om je klanten ook buiten kantoortijd richting de finish te sturen. • Sterke administratieve vaardigheden zodat het CRM op orde blijft.
