Leer sales van de besten in Capelle aan de IJssel en scoor elke dag! Wat je gaat doen Je dag begint om 11:30 op kantoor in Capelle aan de IJssel voor de dagstart met je team. Om 14:00 ga je het veld in om mensen blij te maken met de beste deals van Vodafone en Ziggo. Je doel is om gemiddeld 3 sales per dag te scoren. Geen zorgen als je nog geen pro bent: je krijgt veel begeleiding en je leidinggevende loopt regelmatig met je mee om je de fijne kneepjes te leren. Werkzaamheden: - Om 11:30 verzamelen op kantoor voor de gezamenlijke start; - Vanaf 14:00 langs de deuren om klanten te overtuigen van de beste telecomdeals; - Gemiddeld 3 sales per dag binnenhalen en verwerken op je iPad; - Gebruikmaken van je auto van de zaak (na je eerste promotie); - Trainingen volgen om je skills naar een volgend niveau te tillen; Wat jij krijgt - Geld: Een goed salaris met bonussen tot wel 100 euro per dag extra. - Auto van de zaak: Jouw vervoer is geregeld (na je eerste promotie). - Rijlessen: Wij betalen mee aan je rijbewijs als je die nog niet hebt. - Flexibiliteit: Werktijden van 11:30 tot 20:00, goed te combineren. - Begeleiding: Intensieve coaching en meeloopsessies vanuit de leiding. - Doorgroei: De mogelijkheid om snel stappen te maken naar teamleider.
