In deze rol help jij organisaties aan de beste nieuwe medewerkers én professionals aan een mooie nieuwe baan. Door het binnenhalen van nieuwe klanten en het onderhouden van de relatie met bestaande klanten bouw je jouw eigen business op in de regio Amsterdam, met een concreet groeipad richting een managing rol. Hoe snel je groeit, heb je grotendeels zelf in de hand. Geen dag is hetzelfde: jij schakelt snel, stelt scherpe vragen en overtuigt met flair. Je gaat voor je KPI's en targets, en wordt daarvoor beloond met een ongelimiteerde bonus en alle tools om jezelf te overtreffen.
