The posting

Je bouwt je eigen netwerk uit binnen onze technische wereld. Je leert bedrijven kennen, ontdekt waar hun noden liggen en gaat actief op zoek naar nieuwe klanten, samenwerkingen en projecten.

Tegelijk spreek je engineers, projectleiders, werfleiders, technische managers en andere technische professionals. Je kijkt daarbij verder dan alleen het cv: wie is iemand, waar wil die naartoe en binnen welke omgeving komt die persoon het best tot zijn recht?

En dan begint voor jou de puzzel.

Welke kandidaat past bij welk project? Welke klant moet je eens bellen voor dat sterke profiel dat je net gesproken hebt? Waar ligt een opportuniteit die niemand je letterlijk heeft aangereikt?

Dat commerciële spel moet je leuk vinden.

Je prospecteert, gaat op klantenbezoek, schrijft vacatures, zoekt kandidaten, voert intakes, stelt profielen voor en volgt gesprekken en opstarten verder op.

Ook daarna blijf je betrokken. Je kent je consultants, weet waar ze mee bezig zijn en volgt mee op hoe hun project loopt.

Wie zoeken wij:

Iemand die moeilijk stil kan zitten wanneer die een opportuniteit ziet.

Je wacht niet tot er een vacature in je mailbox valt, maar durft zelf de telefoon vast te nemen, een bedrijf te benaderen of een kandidaat voor te stellen waarvan jij denkt: hier moeten jullie echt eens mee praten.

Tegelijk ben je geen verkoper die koste wat kost iets wil verkopen.

Wij geloven in vertrouwen, eerlijkheid en lange termijn. Soms betekent dat ook zeggen dat een kandidaat niet past of dat een opdracht niet de juiste is.

Je bent dus commercieel, maar vooral ook menselijk.

Ervaring binnen recruitment, staffing of sales is welkom. Ken je de technische sector al? Nog beter. Maar nieuwsgierigheid, commerciële drive en persoonlijkheid vinden we minstens zo belangrijk.
