In deze functie als Sales Representative (4PL Small Parcel Fulfillment) help je merken en retailers om hun pakketverzending en fulfillment slimmer, sneller en goedkoper te organiseren. Je houdt van new business, denkt consultatief mee en weet operationele "pijn" te vertalen naar een sterke oplossing met meetbaar resultaat. Over de rol Als Sales Representative / Account Executive verkoop je geen standaard warehouse- of verzenddienst, maar een 4PL-oplossing : jij bent de strategische regisseur die het totale plaatje optimaliseert. Waar een 3PL vooral uitvoert (warehouse, pick/pack, shipping), orkestreert een 4PL het netwerk: meerdere 3PL's en carriers aansturen, technologie-integraties, performance monitoring, rate-optimalisatie en één aanspreekpunt voor de klant. De focus ligt op small parcel e-commerce (B2C) : snelle levering, betrouwbare service, multi-carrier strategie (UPS/FedEx/USPS en regionale carriers), kostenoptimalisatie, schaalbaarheid en returns. Taken en verantwoordelijkheden Je gaat onder andere het volgende doen: - New business development : actief benaderen en binnenhalen van e-commerce brands, retailers en DTC-bedrijven. - Prospecting & kwalificatie : discovery calls, outreach, events en netwerk; kansen beoordelen op volume, SKU's, groeiplannen en knelpunten (kosten, service, complexiteit). - Solution selling : klantbehoefte vertalen naar een maatwerk voorstel met focus op rate-voordelen, service levels, schaalbare fulfillment, visibility/tech en total cost of ownership. - Volledige salescyclus beheren : pitch, pricing/proposals, onderhandelen, closen en warme overdracht naar operations. - Account groei & relatiebeheer : uitbreiden van bestaande klanten (cross-sell zoals warehousing, internationaal, bredere supply chain services) en r...
