Commerciële kansen herkennen en zakelijke relaties verder brengen Jouw rol

Als Sales Representative combineer je klantcontact met het ontwikkelen van nieuwe zakelijke relaties. Je onderhoudt contact met bestaande klanten, volgt aanvragen op en benadert nieuwe bedrijven om commerciële kansen te ontdekken. Je luistert naar klantbehoeften, denkt mee over passende oplossingen en zorgt voor een goede opvolging.

Een belangrijk onderdeel van je werk is het telefonisch benaderen van potentiële klanten. Je legt nieuwe contacten, brengt de organisatie onder de aandacht en bouwt aan relaties die kunnen uitgroeien tot een samenwerking. Dat vraagt om initiatief, doorzettingsvermogen en plezier in zakelijke gesprekken.

Je hoeft nog geen specialist te zijn in de producten. Je krijgt de ruimte om je kennis stap voor stap uit te breiden en deze in te zetten in het contact met klanten. Wat ga je doen?

Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

• Nieuwe contacten leggen: je benadert potentiële klanten en ontdekt waar commerciële mogelijkheden liggen. • Relaties onderhouden: je houdt contact met bestaande en nieuwe klanten en bouwt aan duurzame samenwerkingen. • Kansen herkennen: je vraagt door, brengt klantbehoeften in kaart en denkt mee over passende oplossingen. • Aanvragen en offertes opvolgen: je bewaakt de voortgang en onderneemt actie waar nodig. • Klantvragen beantwoorden: je zorgt voor duidelijke informatie en stemt waar nodig af met collega's of leveranciers. • Contactgegevens bijhouden: je registreert afspraken en vervolgacties, zodat je overzicht houdt. • Productkennis ontwikkelen: je verdiept je in de producten en toepassingen om klanten steeds beter te kunnen adviseren.
