De functie inhoud Wat je gaat doen als Vertegenwoordiger:

  • Uitbouwen en onderhouden van een klantenportefeuille binnen tuincentra, grotere bloemenwinkels en doe-het-zelfzaken
  • Actief benaderen van nieuwe klanten en overtuigen om over te stappen naar een kwalitatief hoogstaand product
  • Rechtstreekse samenwerkingen opzetten en waar mogelijk schakels in de keten verkorten
  • Adviseren van professionele klanten over toepassingen zoals bladvoeding en vloeibare meststoffen
  • Commercieel vertegenwoordigen van een uitzonderlijk zuiver en kwalitatief productgamma
  • Opvolgen van klantenrelaties op lange termijn, met focus op vertrouwen en correcte communicatie
  • Mee nadenken over commerciële initiatieven en marktbenadering

  • Sterk in relatiebeheer en in staat om duurzame klantenrelaties op te bouwen
  • Dominant in commerciële aanpak, met behoud van beleefdheid en professionaliteit
  • Affiniteit met tuinbouw, landbouw of plantenvoeding is een sterke troef
  • Bereidheid om producten en markt grondig te leren kennen
  • Commercieel gedreven en resultaatgericht ingesteld
  • Correct en transparant in communicatie; beloftes worden nagekomen
  • Goede kennis van het Nederlands, kennis van Frans en Engels is een plus
  • Zelfstandig kunnen werken en graag op de baan actief zijn
