The posting

Als Sales Representative Brandbeveiliging ben je verantwoordelijk voor de commerciële groei van MDP Group in de regio Oost- en West-Vlaanderen.

Je bent regelmatig op de baan, prospecteert actief naar nieuwe B2B-klanten en bouwt duurzame relaties uit met bestaande klanten. Je detecteert commerciële opportuniteiten, brengt de behoeften van de klant in kaart en vertaalt deze naar passende oplossingen op het vlak van brandbeveiliging.

Je adviseert klanten over onder meer blustoestellen, brandslanghaspels, noodverlichting, branddetectie, evacuatieplannen, veiligheids- en brandweersignalisatie en onderhouds- en keuringsdiensten.

Je begeleidt het volledige commerciële traject: van het eerste contact en advies tot het opstellen en opvolgen van offertes, de onderhandeling en het afsluiten van commerciële overeenkomsten.

Daarnaast beheer en ontwikkel je een bestaande klantenportefeuille en ga je actief op zoek naar nieuwe klanten en commerciële opportuniteiten binnen jouw regio.

Je werkt nauw samen met onze binnendienst, planning en technische collega's en rapporteert correct over jouw commerciële activiteiten, opportuniteiten, pipeline en resultaten.

Minimaal relevante werkervaring binnen de brandbeveiligingssector is vereist.

Kandidaten zonder ervaring binnen brandbeveiliging of brandpreventie komen voor deze functie niet in aanmerking.

Je beschikt over een professioneel werk- en denkniveau en hebt een verzorgd en representatief voorkomen.

Je bent commercieel ingesteld, resultaatgericht en haalt energie uit actieve prospectie en het binnenhalen van nieuwe klanten. Je communiceert vlot en professioneel en weet duurzame klantenrelaties uit te bouwen.

Je werkt zelfstandig, neemt initiatief en verantwoordelijkheid voor de verdere uitbouw van jouw regio. Je bent klantgericht, overtuigend en sterk in onderhandelen.
