Krijg jij energie van nieuwe klanten overtuigen, relaties opbouwen en commerciële kansen omzetten in concrete deals? Als Sales Representative B2B combineer je actieve prospectie met technisch advies rond laadoplossingen voor bedrijven, fleetverantwoordelijken en vastgoedprojecten.

Je krijgt veel ruimte om zelf opportuniteiten te creëren en bouwt mee aan de verdere groei van een organisatie die actief is in een snel evoluerende markt. Van het eerste contact tot de ondertekening van de offerte: jij neemt ownership over het commerciële traject en zorgt ervoor dat klanten een oplossing krijgen die technisch én financieel bij hun situatie past.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Je bouwt actief een netwerk uit bij bedrijven, fleetmanagers, vastgoedontwikkelaars en andere professionele partners.
  • Je benadert nieuwe klanten en zet commerciële opportuniteiten om in duurzame samenwerkingen.
  • Je analyseert de behoeften van klanten en adviseert hen over geschikte laadoplossingen.
  • Je vertaalt technische en financiële mogelijkheden naar een helder en overtuigend voorstel.
  • Je maakt offertes op, volgt deze nauwgezet op en begeleidt het verkoopproces tot de finale beslissing.
  • Je onderhoudt sterke relaties met bestaande klanten en partners en detecteert nieuwe commerciële mogelijkheden.
  • Je volgt ontwikkelingen binnen de markt van elektrisch rijden en laadinfrastructuur en speelt gericht in op nieuwe kansen.
  • Je hebt 2 tot 5 jaar commerciële ervaring binnen B2B, bij voorkeur in een technische omgeving zoals energie, HVAC, installatietechniek of bouw.
  • Je voelt je comfortabel in een buitendienstfunctie en krijgt energie van het leggen van nieuwe contacten.
  • Actieve prospectie zie je als een belangrijk onderdeel van succesvol saleswerk.
  • Je communiceert vlot met zaakvoerders, beslissingsnemers en technische gesprekspartners.
  • Je geeft klanten duidelijk en praktisch advies zonder zaken onnodig ingewikkeld te maken.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, neemt initiatief en volgt commerciële dossiers consequent op.
  • Je communiceert helder met interne collega's zodat verkochte projecten vlot kunnen worden uitgevoerd.
  • Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit en ziet kansen in een markt die voortdurend verandert.
