Ben jij een commercieel talent met een passie voor hout? Krijg jij energie van het uitbouwen van langdurige relaties en het scoren van nieuwe projecten? Voor CRAS zoeken we een gedreven Sales Representative die onze business verder ontwikkelt en ons kwalitatieve product gamma op de kaart zet in de grote regio rond Oostende.

Als gezicht van CRAS combineer je jouw commerciële flair met technisch inzicht. Je rapporteert direct aan de External Sales Manager en krijgt de vrijheid om jouw regio als een echte ondernemer te beheren.

Wat zal je doen?

  • Je gaat actief op zoek naar nieuwe klanten en prospecten in jouw regio om de marktpositie van CRAS te versterken.
  • Je onderhoudt regelmatig contact met bestaande klanten en bouwt duurzame langetermijn relaties op.
  • Je geeft deskundig commercieel en technisch advies, denkt proactief mee met de klant en biedt maatwerkoplossingen aan.
  • Je vertegenwoordigt CRAS op beurzen en netwerkevents, en werkt intern nauw samen met Shop Managers en Internal Sales Advisors.
  • Je registreert al je commerciële data, klantbezoeken en leads correct in Salesforce en volgt offertes en orders nauwgezet op.
  • Je analyseert continu je verkoopstatistieken (omzet, marges, orderintake) en stuurt bij waar nodig om je targets te behalen.

Met andere woorden: Jouw voornaamste missie is het actief genereren van nieuwe klanten, terwijl je bestaande relaties onderhoudt en CRAS vertegenwoordigt.

  • Je bent een geboren commercieel talent met affiniteit in onze sector
  • Je hebt een enorme commerciële drive, overtuigingskracht en een luisterend oor voor de klant
  • Je hebt een passie voor prospectie en het binnenhalen van nieuwe klanten
  • Je bouwt graag duurzame klantrelaties en hebt een servicegerichte ingesteldheid
  • Je beschikt over het analytisch vermogen om marktcijfers om te zetten in concrete actieplannen
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor diploma of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring - bij voorkeur in een commerciële richting of technische richting (vb.: houttechnologie)
  • Je hebt minimaal 2 jaar saleservaring, óf je bent een enorm gedreven schoolverlater met een sterke technische achtergrond in de houtsector
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en vlot Frans
