Voor een sterke speler in de vrachtwagensector zoeken we een extern sales medewerker voor truckonderdelen met focus op de Duitse markt. Je komt terecht in een familiebedrijf dat sinds de jaren '50 uitgegroeid is tot een van de meest gevestigde namen binnen de verkoop van vrachtwagens, onderdelen en gespecialiseerde dienstverlening in Europa. Wat ooit begon in een kleine loods door twee broers met een passie voor techniek, is vandaag een onderneming met zo’n 300 medewerkers, verspreid over meerdere locaties en actief tot ver buiten de landsgrenzen. De hoofdzetel ligt in de regio Brugge, waar ook het kloppend hart van de activiteiten zich bevindt.

Het bedrijf is gespecialiseerd in vrachtwagenonderdelen voor premium merken, en biedt daarnaast een van de grootste servicecentra voor rollend materieel en bouwmachines in Europa. Ook de revisie van motoren, versnellingsbakken en ruilonderdelen is een belangrijke tak binnen het aanbod. Recent werden de activiteiten uitgebreid met een volwaardige verhuurfirma, verspreid over acht locaties.

Binnen deze familiale onderneming staat mensgerichtheid centraal. Je krijgt de ruimte om te groeien, wordt ondersteund met interne opleidingen en maakt deel uit van een omgeving waar er ook aandacht is voor ontspanning. Op de werkvloer heerst een aangename sfeer dankzij onder meer een interne fitness, recreatiemogelijkheden en een actief feestcomité dat het hele jaar door voor leuke activiteiten zorgt.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Een eigen klantenportefeuille van garagisten en transportfirma’s in Duitsland beheren vormt de kern van jouw functie
  • Gemiddeld twee à drie dagen per week ben je op de baan, de overige dagen werk je vanuit het hoofdkantoor in de regio Brugge
  • Actieve prospectie combineren met het onderhouden van bestaande klantenrelaties zorgt voor een boeiende afwisseling
  • Noden scherp analyseren, voorwaarden onderhandelen en doelgericht deals afsluiten zit in je dagelijkse routine
  • In nauw overleg met het interne verkoopteam worden technische dossiers efficiënt opgevolgd en afgehandeld
  • Markttrends detecteren en daar vlot op inspelen helpt je om steeds een stap voor te blijven
  • Dankzij een stevige interne opleiding bouw je snel kennis op over het brede assortiment
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor diploma of bent gelijkwaardig door enkele jaren gelijkwaardige ervaring
  • Je hebt ervaring in verkoop of klantgericht werk, bij voorkeur in een technische context
  • Een sterke basiskennis Duits naast jouw Nederlandse kennis is gevraagd omtrent verdere ondersteuning via interne opleidingen
