Sales Specialist/ Technisch Commercieel Adviseur WIJ ZOEKEN GEEN VERKOPER. Tenminste... niet eentje die alleen machines komt verkopen. Wij zoeken iemand die een fabriek binnenloopt en wil weten: hoe maken jullie dit nu? Waarom doen jullie het zo? Waar loopt het vast? En hoe kunnen we dat slimmer maken? Bij H&M verkopen we niet zomaar machines. We helpen bedrijven in de houtbouw om hun productie slimmer, efficiënter en verder geautomatiseerd in te richten. Daar zoeken we versterking voor. Sales Specialist/ Technisch Commercieel Adviseur Je bent bij klanten, loopt door productielocaties, praat met ondernemers en productiemensen en probeert hun proces echt te begrijpen. Soms is de oplossing één machine. Soms een complete productielijn. En soms blijkt dat de klant iets anders nodig heeft dan waar hij in eerste instantie voor belde. Dát is voor ons verkoop. Watga je doen? - Je bouwt je eigen klantenkring op en onderhoudt bestaande relaties. - Je spot kansen, bezoekt klanten en vertaalt productie-uitdagingen naar technische en commerciële oplossingen. - Je werkt rechtstreeks samen met engineering, projectleiding en onze andere specialisten. - Van eerste gesprek tot handtekening blijf jij commercieel verantwoordelijk. - En ja: daar horen uitdagingen bij. Wat zoeken we? - Iemand die techniek en commercie bij elkaar kan brengen. - Iemand die makkelijk met een directeur aan tafel zit, maar net zo graag met de productieleider door de fabriek loopt. - Iemand die vragen stelt vóór hij antwoorden geeft, kansen ziet, verantwoordelijkheid pakt en niet na één keer "nee" alweer naar huis rijdt. - Je hoeft niet uit de houtbouw te komen. Technisch inzicht, commercieel gevoel en nieuwsgierigheid vinden we belangrijker. Goed Engels is nodig; extra talen zijn mooi meegenomen.
