Deine Aufgaben

* Sicherstellung eines herausragenden Kundenerlebnisses

* Führung, Motivation und Anleitung des Verkaufsteams unter Einhaltung aller Unternehmensrichtlinien und Managementvorgaben

* Förderung der persönlichen Weiterentwicklung deiner Teammitglieder

* Verantwortung für effiziente tägliche Abläufe im Store

* Beitrag zu einem kooperativen, unterstützenden Arbeitsumfeld

* Pflege von Kundenbeziehungen durch innovatives Denken, Kundenbücher und individuelle Betreuung

* Aktiver Einsatz aller verfügbaren Tools und Technologien zur Verkaufsförderung

* Einschlägige Erfahrung im Verkauf oder Einzelhandel

* Ausgezeichnete organisatorische und kommunikative Fähigkeiten sowie Liebe zum Detail

* Multitasking-Fähigkeit und proaktive Arbeitsweise

* Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
