Functieomschrijving In de rol van Sales Support Medewerker ben jij de centrale schakel tussen sales, techniek en de klant. Je zorgt ervoor dat processen kloppen, administratieve taken nauwkeurig worden uitgevoerd en klanten altijd professioneel geholpen worden. Jouw gestructureerde aanpak zorgt voor rust en overzicht, waardoor collega's optimaal kunnen presteren. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Verwerken en beheren van administratieve gegevens en documenten - Ondersteunen bij inkoop- en voorraadbeheer - Coördineren en voorbereiden van leveringen voor klanten en collega's - Beantwoorden van vragen van klanten via telefoon en e-mail - Zorgen voor een correcte verwerking van orders, aanvragen en interne verzoeken - Afstemmen met collega's van sales, techniek en operations - Signaleren van verbeterpunten en bijdragen aan efficiëntere processen - Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd - Je bent leergierig en pakt administratieve taken zorgvuldig op - Je hebt plezier in klantcontact en schakelt makkelijk tussen verschillende teams - Je bent communicatief vaardig en klantgericht - Je behoudt overzicht en bewaakt de kwaliteit van processen - Je voelt je prettig in een rol met veel verantwoordelijkheid - Teamspirit en een positieve werkhouding zijn voor jou vanzelfsprekend Organisatie Organisatie- en afdelingomschrijving Je komt te werken bij een organisatie die bekend staat om haar open, energieke en nuchtere cultuur.
