Je bent de schakel tussen klanten, vertegenwoordigers, productie, planning en logistiek. Mijn werkdag begint meestal met een kop koffie en het openen van mijn mailbox. Vervolgens is het vooral een kwestie van prioriteiten stellen: wat moet nú gebeuren en wat kan nog even wachten? Een order gaat bijvoorbeeld voor een offerteaanvraag. Voor onze klanten zijn wij vaak het eerste aanspreekpunt. Via de mail, maar zeker ook telefonisch. Je weet daardoor 's ochtends nooit precies hoe je dag eruit gaat zien. Er is geen vaste handleiding die je even van boven naar beneden afwerkt. Je moet zelf schakelen, keuzes maken en zorgen dat dingen geregeld worden. Juist die afwisseling maakt het leuk. Wat maakt werken bij Legro voor jou bijzonder? Legro is wereldwijd actief en dat merk je ook echt in je dagelijkse werk. Het ene moment heb je bij wijze van spreken de buurman aan de telefoon en even later spreek je iemand aan de andere kant van de wereld. Dat maakt het heel afwisselend. Daarnaast zit je vanuit Sales Support midden in de organisatie. Je hebt contact met klanten, maar ook met allerlei collega's om ervoor te zorgen dat alles goed verloopt. Soms moet je even puzzelen of snel schakelen als iets anders loopt dan gepland. Je bent eigenlijk de hele dag bezig om dingen voor elkaar te krijgen. Dat past wel bij mij. Wanneer ga jij met een goed gevoel naar huis? Als aan het einde van de dag alles, of vooruit, bijna alles, op rolletjes loopt. Ik krijg vooral energie van situaties waarin er ergens een urgent probleem ontstaat en het uiteindelijk toch lukt om het samen op te lossen.
