Naast de import en distributie van wijn zijn we gespecialiseerd in wijn op vat en de bijbehorende tapsystemen. Als pionier van het concept "wijn in vaten" bouwen we dagelijks verder aan duurzame en innovatieve oplossingen voor horecaklanten in de Benelux.

Ben jij die energieke, klantgerichte commerciële witte raaf? Baeten Vinopolis zoekt een Sales Support die klanten opvolgt, verkoopkansen signaleert en een sterke band opbouwt met bestaande en nieuwe klanten. Jij bent het aanspreekpunt dat het verschil maakt in klantenloyaliteit op binnen- en buitendienst.

Ondertitel

Combineer commercieel inzicht, klantencontact en samenwerking met verschillende afdelingen binnen een familiale KMO waar initiatief en ondernemerschap centraal staan.

Functieomschrijving

Als Sales Support ben je de verbindende schakel tussen klanten, buitendienst, techniek en administratie. Je bouwt mee aan duurzame klantrelaties en zorgt ervoor dat commerciële opportuniteiten maximaal worden benut.

Concreet betekent dit dat je:

  • het commerciële aanspreekpunt bent voor klanten en actief meedenkt over hun noden en vragen;
  • bestaande klantrelaties verder uitbouwt en opportuniteiten detecteert voor bijkomende verkoop;
  • de samenwerking tussen binnen- en buitendienst coördineert en optimaliseert;
  • offertes, klantafspraken en commerciële dossiers correct opvolgt;
  • nauw samenwerkt met techniek, administratie en aankoop om klanten optimaal te ondersteunen;
  • mee instaat voor de voorbereiding en ondersteuning van beurzen en commerciële evenementen;
  • kansen tot verbetering signaleert en actief meewerkt aan een klantgerichte werking.

Binnen Baeten Vinopolis krijg je een brede rol. Afhankelijk van jouw ervaring, interesses en talenten kunnen bijkomende verantwoordelijkheden binnen aankoop, leveranciersbeheer of operations worden opgenomen.

Voor deze functie zoeken we een commercieel sterke relatiebouwer die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt.

Je herkent jezelf in het volgende:

  • Je hebt een eerste relevante commerciële werkervaring achter de rug.
  • Je bent klantgericht, commercieel ingesteld en denkt in oplossingen.
  • Je communiceert vlot en professioneel in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, neemt initiatief en stemt gemakkelijk af met verschillende stakeholders.
  • Je voelt je thuis in een dynamische KMO-omgeving waar geen enkele dag volledig voorspelbaar is.
