De functie inhoud Hoe ziet jouw dag als Sales Support regio Gent er nu uit?

  • 1-2 dagen per week ga jij fysiek langs bij zorginstellingen en geef je duidelijke uitleg over jullie in-house ontwikkelde software.
  • Via de helpdesk bied je klanten telefonisch en per mail ondersteuning bij vragen.
  • Je verzamelt input van klanten en speelt deze door aan het ontwikkelteam, zodat de software steeds beter wordt.
  • Je test nieuwe softwareversies grondig en geeft feedback terug aan de ontwikkelaars.
  • Af en toe help je het sales team door heldere offertes op te stellen.
