De functie inhoud Wat je gaat doen als Sales Support Administrator:

  • Fungeren als centraal aanspreekpunt voor klanten en distributeurs binnen jouw regio.
  • Het volledige order-to-cash proces coördineren, van bestelling tot facturatie en nazorg.
  • Orders correct verwerken en de voortgang ervan nauwgezet bewaken.
  • Afstemmen met productie, magazijn, logistiek en supply chain om bestellingen tijdig bij de klant te krijgen.
  • Transporten en leveringen administratief opvolgen.
  • Zorgen voor een correcte facturatie en verdere administratieve afhandeling.
  • Klanten ondersteunen bij vragen en ook na de levering een goede service garanderen.
  • Commerciële managers administratief ondersteunen bij de dagelijkse opvolging van hun klantenportefeuille.
  • Fungeren als schakel tussen klanten en verschillende interne afdelingen.
  • Regelmatig overleggen met sales, marketing, productie, logistiek en supply chain.
  • Samen met supply chain forecasts opvolgen en bijdragen aan een efficiënte productieplanning.
  • Mogelijke problemen of vertragingen tijdig signaleren en oplossingsgericht handelen.
  • Verschillende klantendossiers tegelijkertijd beheren en de juiste prioriteiten stellen.
  • Bijdragen aan een professionele en langdurige relatie met klanten en distributeurs.

Wie jij bent als Sales Support Administrator:

  • In het bezit van een hoger diploma en/of 1 tot 5 jaar relevante ervaring binnen sales support, administratie of logistiek.
  • Administratief sterk en nauwkeurig in het opvolgen van orders en klantendossiers.
  • Commercieel en klantgericht ingesteld met een positieve aanpak.
  • Vloeiend in het Nederlands en Frans.
  • Een goede kennis van het Engels om vlot te functioneren binnen de internationale werkomgeving.
  • Organisatorisch sterk en in staat om snel te schakelen tussen verschillende dossiers en prioriteiten.
  • Communicatief en sterk in het onderhouden van professionele relaties.
  • Hands-on en ondernemend ingesteld.
  • Zelfstandig genoeg om verantwoordelijkheid te nemen over jouw eigen dossiers.
  • Oplossingsgericht wanneer een bestelling, levering of klantenvraag anders loopt dan gepland.
  • Een echte teamspeler die graag samenwerkt met verschillende interne afdelingen.
  • Comfortabel in een dynamische omgeving waarin verschillende processen samenkomen.
