De functie inhoud Wat je gaat doen als Sales Support Automotive:

  • Klanten professioneel adviseren bij technische en commerciële vragen over wagens, onderdelen en toepassingen.
  • Technische behoeften van klanten analyseren en vertalen naar de juiste producten of oplossingen.
  • Offertes en prijsaanvragen voorbereiden en commercieel opvolgen.
  • Nagaan welke onderdelen technisch compatibel zijn met een bepaald voertuig of toepassing.
  • Klanten informeren over productmogelijkheden, beschikbaarheden en alternatieven.
  • Bestellingen en commerciële dossiers nauwkeurig opvolgen van aanvraag tot verdere afhandeling.
  • Technische productinformatie opzoeken en correct interpreteren.
  • Nauw samenwerken met collega's om klanten snel en inhoudelijk sterk verder te helpen.
  • Commerciële opportuniteiten herkennen tijdens klantencontact en hier proactief op inspelen.
  • Bestaande klantenrelaties onderhouden en verder uitbouwen.
  • Mee zorgen voor een professionele en technisch onderbouwde klantenservice.
  • Je product- en marktkennis voortdurend verder ontwikkelen binnen de automotivewereld.

Klanten verwachten niet alleen een snelle commerciële service, maar vooral correct technisch advies. Daarom zoeken ze iemand die commerciële feeling kan combineren met echte interesse en kennis van autotechniek. Wie jij bent als Sales Support Automotive:

  • Bachelor binnen autotechnologie, automotive management of een andere technisch relevante richting is ideaal.
  • Gelijkwaardige technische kennis opgebouwd door relevante ervaring binnen automotive komt eveneens in aanmerking.
  • Sterke technische kennis van auto's en hun verschillende componenten.
  • Onderdelen, voertuigtechniek en technische toepassingen kunnen begrijpen en correct met elkaar linken.
  • Ervaring binnen automotive, auto-onderdelen, een garageomgeving of technische automotive sales is een sterke troef.
  • Commerciële ingesteldheid en graag rechtstreeks contact hebben met klanten.
  • Technische informatie op een duidelijke en begrijpelijke manier kunnen overbrengen.
  • Nauwkeurig en gestructureerd werken bij het verwerken en opvolgen van klantvragen en bestellingen.
  • Oplossingsgericht denken en zelfstandig technische informatie kunnen opzoeken.
  • Proactief ingesteld en commerciële mogelijkheden zelf durven benutten.
  • Affiniteit met Land Rover en 4x4-voertuigen is een duidelijke meerwaarde.
  • Leergierig en gemotiveerd om jouw technische productkennis voortdurend uit te breiden.
