Voor een Belgische B2B-organisatie actief in bouwmaterialen zoeken we een Sales Support Binnendienst. Je combineert klantencontact en commerciële ondersteuning met een correcte opvolging van offertes en bestellingen. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met een externe accountmanager, maar neem je zelf verantwoordelijkheid voor je dossiers van aanvraag tot levering.

  • Klanten professioneel ontvangen en adviseren
  • Klantvragen beantwoorden via telefoon en e-mail
  • Voorstellen en offertes op maat uitwerken
  • Bestellingen verwerken en nauwgezet opvolgen, waaronder leveringen, backorders en wijzigingen
  • Commerciële opportuniteiten en mogelijke prospecten herkennen en verder opnemen
  • Mee instaan voor de praktische en organisatorische werking van het filiaal
  • Collega’s flexibel ondersteunen waar nodig

Je werkt maximaal twee zaterdagvoormiddagen per maand. Deze uren recupereer je tijdens de daaropvolgende week.

  • Je bent klantgericht en beschikt over een commerciële ingesteldheid
  • Je hecht belang aan een sterke service en duurzame klantenrelaties
  • Je communiceert vlot en legt gemakkelijk contact met klanten en collega’s
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd: offertes, prijzen en bestellingen moeten correct worden verwerkt
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van het Frans, aangezien ongeveer 25% van de klanten Franstalig is
  • Je bent enthousiast, leergierig en voelt je goed in een brede, gevarieerde functie
  • Je bent een teamspeler die graag mee de handen uit de mouwen steekt
  • Je hebt interesse in de bouwsector en affiniteit met technische producten
  • Het beperkte zaterdagwerk vormt voor jou geen probleem
