Onlinemarketeer Functieomschrijving - Als Sales Support Employee werk je nauw samen met het Sales team om ervoor te zorgen dat de klanten de best mogelijke service ontvangen. Je ondersteunt het team bij het afhandelen van klantvragen, het opstellen van offertes/opdrachten en het verwerken van orders. Je zorgt voor een vlotte communicatie met klanten en houdt zowel de klanten als het Sales team op de hoogte van belangrijke informatie. - Daarnaast ben je een belangrijke schakel tussen het Sales team en Order Management. Je hebt nauw contact met Order Management over de voortgang van lopende orders en projecten. Tijdens het wekelijkse productieoverleg stem je de actuele stand van zaken af en zorg je ervoor dat relevante informatie vervolgens binnen het Salesteam wordt gedeeld. Zo weet iedereen wat er speelt en kunnen klantvragen tijdig en goed worden opgevolgd. - Daarnaast houd je de klantgegevens up-to-date en zorg je ervoor dat de administratie op orde is. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het tijdig versturen van offertes en opdrachtbevestigingen naar klanten, het passend en tijdig beantwoorden van klantvragen (per mail/telefoon) en het creëren van berichten voor LinkedIn en de website. Wekelijks neem je deel aan overleg over lopende projecten en verzorg je de notulen. - Ook krijg je de kans om lichtplannen te leren maken.
