De functie inhoud Als medewerker Sales Support en Customer Service maak je deel uit van een zeskoppig team. Volgende zaken behoren tot je takenpakket:

  • Als aanspreekpunt voor de klanten bouw je een duurzaam klantencontact op. Op die manier komen vragen met betrekking tot bestellingen bij jou terecht.
  • Je ontvangt bestellingen en verwerkt deze in het systeem.
  • Op een klantvriendelijke manier voltooi je verkopen, waarbij je de klant voorziet van correcte informatie over prijzen, levertijden, enz.
  • Binnenkomende klachten zal jij behandelen en bespreken met het het team of de juiste persoon.
  • In tandem met externe vertegenwoordigers zorg je voor ondersteuning vanuit de site in Ieper.

  • Bij voorkeur heb je een bachelor diploma of aantoonbare relevante ervaring.
  • Je bent een teamspeler, maar waardeert ook de nodige autonomie in je werk.
  • Communicatief vaardig bouw je snel vertrouwensrelaties op.
