De functie inhoud Wat ga je doen als Technical Support Engineer te Gent?

  • Bestellingen plaatsen en opvolgen bij leveranciers
  • Voorbereiden van demo's, presentaties en technische documentatie
  • Voor klanten ben jij het aanspreekpunt bij technische vragen

Onze klant Je komt terecht bij een toonaangevende internationale speler (Gent) gespecialiseerd in het ontwikkelen en implementeren van elektrotechnische oplossingen voor uiteenlopende industrieën. Hierdoor werk je als Sales Support Engineer met complexe toepassingen waardoor je echt inhoudelijk kan meedenken met klanten en projecten. De cultuur is no-nonsense, met korte lijnen en veel samenwerking tussen sales, engineering en projectteams. Je kiest voor een werkgever die techniek, advies en klantcontact perfect combineert en waar je impact hebt op zowel offertefase als projectvoorbereiding. Als Sales Support Engineer herken je jezelf in volgende punten:

  • Je hebt minstens een bachelor in elektromechanica of energietechnologie
  • Ervaring als Technical Sales Support is een plus, maar ook gedreven starters zijn welkom
  • Technisch inzicht, probleemoplossend en communicatief zijn jouw troeven in een notendop
  • Je kan jezelf vlot uitdrukken in zowel het Nederlands, Engels als Frans
